I just wanted to make the league aware of a fantastic achievement by 2 players from our club.

On Saturday night, James and Malachi from our under 10s team, completed the St Luke's Hospice Night Strider half marathon, in around 5 hours.  They were walking, to raise money for an amazing cause that was very close to their hearts.

Then on Sunday, with tired and sore legs, they got up and put in a solid performance in a tough and physical game for their team as they didn't want to let down their team mates.

We are all really proud of them and we wondered if you might be able to share their story on the league website or social media. They are still collecting money for St Luke's, via the following link www.justgiving.com/fundraising/jamesalexduncan

If you are able to share their achievement, we would be really grateful.

Thanks a lot
