SHEFFIELD & DISTRICT JUNIOR SUNDAY LEAGUE - Club Website Guidelines

This statement is to inform all members of the above League what they can and cannot publish on the internet.

1. Permission must be sought from the Executive Committee (in writing) on all material to be published on any club website in accordance with Domestic Rule 14 C through the League Secretary.

2. The information you are allowed to place on your web site is as follows:

Match reports containing events in the game plus scores and scorers of you team only

You are allowed to put your League position only on the site.

You may put on the web site notification of any future trips, activities or competitions your club is taking part in, providing it is not connected to the League copyright information.

You are allowed to put the history of your individual club and any information regarding the club on the web site, again, providing it is not connected to the League copyright information.

3.  The following information WILL NOT be allowed to be published on your web site

League tables are not to be published on individual sites.

Please be aware you are allowed to publish children’s names, i.e. scorers and a list of team members BUT under no circumstances are any addresses or telephone numbers to be published.

Please note all fixtures, rules, manager’s notes, registrar information and League tables are copyright to The Sheffield & District Junior Sunday League.  

We reserve the right to amend or add to the above information given to clubs without prior notice.
